Mobile Hospitality Tour Desks are available to assist you by offering a 'one stop' service desk, which will enable your delegates to gain the most out of their Gold Coast or Tweed conference. The Tour Desk is designed to meet the needs of each conference on an individual basis. If required it can form a central information point for delegates, answering questions on the local area, enabling messages to be left, daily programs to be displayed, and registration of those participating in various activities.
As a mobile service, the tour desk can be booked on a daily or hourly basis, pending your needs. We find many clients often prefer it to operate between 8.00am - 11.00am and 3.00pm - 6.00pm but hours can vary depending on your requirements . Pazaz Travel operates under a full travel agency license enabling hospitality desk staff to reconfirm flight information, and verify departure times.
All staff employed by Pazaz Support, are fully qualified and local residents, able to answer questions, offer advice, organize bookings, and suggest tours or activities to meet their interests.
